"This hotel was rated 4 star... it was far from that! This hotel was probably built in the 1980's and we don't believe it has been updated since that time... old carpet, faded wall paper, uncomfortable room arrangement (tv almost unviewable from bed or couch), parking difficult, building confusing (much like a maze!!)
This is located wonderfully, but not a 4 star... perhaps 2."
Recommends the hotel to others?

The Village at Breckenridge Resort offers accommodations at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort, a short distance from Main Street, and adjacent to the Peak 9 Quicksilver Super 6 chair lift. This western-style, family-friendly lodge delivers much more than accommodations. The Village's buildings, from lodging units to taverns and shops, surround a central gazebo and pedestrian plaza. If your visit coincides with ski season, take advantage of the property's ski school, sports equipment rentals, and gear shops. The hotel's health and wellness facilities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool, whirlpools, and an exercise room. Several dining options are available. The Breckenridge Cattle and Fish Company is your solution for hearty steaks and seafood. Buffet breakfast and casual lunch and dinner menus are available at Cafe Breck. The Park Avenue Pub is a lively, cozy spot to relax with drinks. The Maggie, open in the winter only, is a great ski-in/ski-out destination for lunch or apres ski drinks. Room service is available. For added convenience, the hotel offers Starbucks coffee in the mornings in the lobby, 24-hour guest assistance, a medical center, business center, and gift shops. There are 270 guest units at this hotel. Non-smoking rooms and rooms equipped for the physically challenged are available upon request. Standard rooms, studios, and condo units with one to three bedrooms are available. Standard rooms are located inside the Village Hotel and offer telephone, voicemail, satellite television, mini-refrigerator, and alarm clock radio. Condo units feature the same amenities, as well as fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, and balconies. Chateau units offer the space and amenities of a private vacation home. All guest accommodations have upscale furnishings and interiors.
